We recently hosted a Jobs Fair in our offices at St Hughs House, in partnership with DWP. The event, tailored specifically to the needs of care leavers, provided access to a whole host of employers and training companies, as well as the opportunity to gain free, impartial careers guidance.
The event was a success, with several learners securing training opportunities and job interviews with employers; including, OCS Security, PC24 GP Bank, Liverpool Football Club, Ionic Construction, Liverpool City Region, Sefton at Work, and Catch 22.
We’re looking forward to building upon these relationships further in the future, and will be hosting similar events throughout the rest of the year.
