From March 16th to March 20th, we will be supporting Neurodiversity Celebration Week 2026. This worldwide initiative aims to challenge the stereotypes and misconceptions neurodivergent individuals face on a daily basis.
A key aspect of this years’ event is how we can all make an effort to move beyond awareness. It’s a theme that challenges us – not just to raise the profile of neurodivergence – but to take real-life action that leads to long-term change.
By partnering with Daisy Inclusive UK, we recently celebrated neurodiversity – as well as International Women’s Day – by hosting a dedicated pamper day in our professional Salon. It was a truly incredible occasion, and one that shows the power of inclusivity to make a positive impact on people’s lives.
Throughout this week, our colleagues, partners and learners are engaging in discussions, practices and activities that create an inclusive and empowering learning environment for everyone involved.
Staff will be wearing a different colour every day of the week to symbolise the Rainbow Infinity Logo, and Lisa will be selling homemade rainbow cookies to raise funds for The Brain Charity.
So, this week, spark some conversations about neurodiversity, ask questions if you don’t understand, share best practice with your colleagues, and take the opportunity to make a difference in your community!
