Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) is at the heart of everything we do at Crosby Training. We strive to ensure that all of our learners feel that they have been given individualised and impartial advice prior to making a decision on joining one of our programmes.

There is an extremely positive, welcoming and supportive working culture in place which recognises the importance of effectively supporting all learners, notably through its IAG.

A key part of ensuring that our IAG is working as it should be is the Matrix Quality Standard; a Department for Education (DfE) owned measure that certifies the quality of the IAG services we are providing to learners.

Following a recent assessment visit, we are delighted to have again retained this standard, with a number of strengths that were highlighted by the visiting inspector quoted throughout this article.

Since its establishment over thirty years ago, Crosby Training has achieved a trusted and high profile in the Liverpool City Region area, with positive and productive partnerships in place with numerous external partners, notably local employers.

Moving forward, we will continue to do everything we can to meet this standard, providing our learners with a guarantee of IAG that is principled, comprehensive and relevant.
