Interested in working in the customer service sector? Then this Get Smart could be just what you’re looking for! Over the course of just a few days, we’ll deliver the skills training you need to bulk up your CV and make more effective job applications. You will gain certified level 1 and 2 Awards in Customer Service and follow a programme that includes support in all of the following areas:

  • Understand how to work in a customer service environment
  • Communication in customer service
  • The principles of personal performance and development
  • The principles of working in a business environment
  • Understand how to be an effective team worker in a business environment
  • Delivering good customer service
  • Different communication methods
  • Good customer service in line with organisational procedures
  • Effectively deal with customer queries, problems and complaints

You will also receive Covid-19 awareness training and, on successful completion, £50 in online vouchers!
