Employability Awards are designed to help our learners develop the essential personal, social and practical skills needed to move confidently into employment or training. They include qualifications such as the Award in Personal Development for Employability and the Award in Employability, each offered at different levels. They cover a broad range of foundational skills that support individuals who may be entering the job market for the first time, returning to employment after a break or looking to improve their confidence and readiness for work.

These Awards aim to:
- Improve Work-Readiness
They build the core behaviours and skills employers expect – such as punctuality, communication, teamwork, reliability and problem solving. These skills help learners perform effectively in a variety of workplace settings. - Support Personal Development
Learners gain awareness of their own strengths, values, ambitions and areas for growth. This self-understanding helps them make informed career decisions and take ownership of their progression. - Develop Practical Job-Seeking Skills
Modules often cover essential activities such as writing a CV, searching for jobs, completing applications and preparing for interviews. This helps learners become competitive and confident in the recruitment process. - Build Confidence and Motivation
By working through manageable, focused units, learners develop belief in their abilities and gain confidence toward employment or further training.
