A diverse group of 25-49 year old learners.

If you’re aged 25-49, this programme is designed to help you feel more confident, recognise your strengths and develop the skills you need to move towards new goals and ambitions.

Taking the next step in life can sometimes feel difficult, especially if confidence is low, you feel unsure about your abilities, or challenges have made it harder to see what you can achieve. This course provides a welcoming, friendly and non-judgemental environment where you can take time to focus on yourself, build resilience and explore your future at your own pace.

You’ll be supported by experienced tutors who understand that everyone’s journey is different. Through group activities, one-to-one support and practical sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to discover your strengths, develop new skills and build the confidence to make positive changes.

These skills can help in everyday life as well as in future education, training or employment.

You can also take part in confidence-building activities, including a fun team-building day with activities such as cultural visits or trips to places of interest. Travel and lunch are provided, giving you the chance to try something new, meet others and enjoy a positive shared experience.

Personal presentation can also play an important part in confidence – so you can enjoy free salon treatments at our professional hair and beauty salon, helping you feel your best and further develop your self-confidence.
